If you are interested in joining the Bedlam Farms team, we offer a number of seasonal contracts each year, running from April to November, for packhouse and field harvest workers. For more information or to apply, please contact our Farm Office by email at [email protected].

Please note that we do not provide on-site accommodation. However, we can share details of a local employment agency that offers suitable housing for seasonal workers if needed.

FIELD STAFF

Each year, we begin planting in early March and rely on a dedicated team of hardworking staff to follow our produce from sowing through to harvest. Field roles include hand weeding, hoeing, fleecing, and picking, giving you the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the growing process and experience first-hand the care that goes into producing high-quality organic vegetables.

PACKHOUSE STAFF

From May to December, we employ around 20 staff in our Packhouse, where they help prepare a wide variety of produce, including Asparagus, Tenderstem® Broccoli, and Squash. The team plays a key role in ensuring every vegetable is carefully assessed, packed, and ready to reach our customers at peak freshness.

TRACTOR OPERATORS

During peak periods, we also require additional operators to support our full-time team with driving tractors and operating other farm machinery, helping ensure that all field and harvest operations run smoothly.
