ORGANIC RHUBARB

Rhubarb another of our perennial crops and is all field grown. It is available throughout the Summer months and we have some specialist varieties which maintain a deep red colour even in the field.

Rhubarb is naturally rich in Vitamin K as well as antioxidants, including anthocyanins which give Rhubarb its red colour. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
