ORGANIC KALETTES
A delicious cross between kale and Brussels sprouts, our Organic Kalettes combine the best of both — the sweetness of a sprout with the delicate, frilly leaves of kale. Carefully grown and harvested at their peak, these vibrant little greens have a mild, nutty flavour and wonderfully tender texture.
Kalettes are incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Roast them to bring out their natural sweetness and crisp their edges, sauté with garlic and olive oil for a quick side, or shred them raw into winter salads for colour and crunch. They also pair beautifully with bacon, chestnuts, or a squeeze of lemon.
As with all our produce, our Kalettes are grown using organic methods that nurture healthy soil and biodiversity — free from artificial fertilisers and pesticides. A modern seasonal favourite that brings both flavour and flair to the table.
We grow three varieties – Autumn Star (harvested in November & December), Christmas Rose (harvested in January) and Snow Drop (harvested in January & February).
