Our Organic Asparagus is a true highlight of late spring, eagerly awaited and harvested at its peak for tenderness and flavour. Grown in well-drained, fertile soil and cut by hand each day during the short season, these vibrant green spears are wonderfully fresh, sweet, and delicately grassy.

Simple preparation lets their natural character shine — lightly steamed, griddled with olive oil, or roasted until just tender. Asparagus pairs beautifully with poached eggs, new potatoes, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lemon, making it a celebration of the season on a plate.
